[Compcomm] Let's Get Things Started

Well as far as I have seen it's easily doable to modify the CSS :)
The main problems as Erkin mentionned are no git+ssh and broken
gitweb, which is (as far as I know) because it's running on shared
hosting (the execution problems Erkin is mentionning are just the
consequence of the fact that accounts aren't real ones).
