Let us get a team page wiki up somewhere where volunteers sign up with
whatever they want to help. No discussion. ASAP.

Once they sign, we keep them very busy so they don't flood this ML or
troll the forum or start writing database frontend to store all the
abuses that could be communicated and different ways.
