Well it appears to be Maxime's at the moment.
Could you create a non-profit organisation and transfer the ownership
to that, its just that we do not trust you after what you did about 6
months ago.
I do not want to be rude but the situation sounds very dodgy. Kind
of like things are going on behind closed doors.
Also I understand the colo and bandwidth are provided by a separate
company. Is this right, and if so who are they and what is their
involvement in the whole thing?

Are you still using it for your own personal / work related stuff?
If so, why are you using the communities server for that?
