[Compcomm] Building and using the compiz-plugins-premerge stuff

First of all, I can only speak for the git version of compcomm/plugins/*
because I don't maintain the tarballs. Perhaps Mike can comment on
these.
However, all the plugins from GIT work fine on Compiz GIT here. Just
make sure you have the latest BCOP installed (that's important!) and
cleanbuild them.

I'd be interested in the output compiz produces when starting and
attempting to load these plugins. 

Perhaps the best idea for the moment would be to grab a GIT copy of BCOP
& the plugins and try those together with Compiz GIT.
Yeah, I know this is not too convenient, but that kind of thing will be
only temporary until we've had the chance to adjust our plugin release
cycle to Compiz' release cycle ;-)
