Consider though that you are attempting to speak *against* a majority, which
makes your position far more untenable. The majority of those in the
community and the majority of developers have *spoken out against* vBulletin
in specific, and in many cases, proprietary software in general. In fact
right now I am compiling the latest vanilla prepatch so I can try out the
firmware-only ipw driver, as I believe that it is indeed less than ideal to
use any more proprietary software than purely necessary. (Unfortunately due
to some stupid laws, the firmware has to stay proprietary, thank you SO much
FCC)
