[Compcomm] Forum issues.

The precise issues are as follows:

1. Several people from Compiz want the old forum imported in to the
new forum. The only way to do this is with VBulletin.
2. Several people in general have objections to VBulletin due to it's
non free software status.

Solutions:

1. A majority agree to use vbulletin.
2. Someone writes an importer for PHPBB3.


Please do not reply to this thread in an attempt to make a point,
bicker, or complain about the lack of progress. Please do reply if you
are willing to implement the second option in a timely fashion, or
change your stance on the first option (no need to reaffirm a previous
position of support).
