[Compcomm] A possible forum merge proposal

You just started a phpBB vs vB discussion

Maybe this is better. We could have a trial period where both boards are in
place and since they can be converted, we can sync the two forums every day
for the next 2 weeks or so. The forum that has the least problems and most
usage is the one we will use.
