[Compcomm] A possible forum merge proposal

Um. Your argument fails in 2 ways

Firstly, vB was only up for 2 days because_you_took_it_down and phpBB3 has
been out for longer

Secondly, NOBODY_knew_about_vB. The announcement of the new forum took place
after phpBB came up....
