[Compcomm] A possible forum merge proposal

You're the one who's saying installing the hacks take like no time. So
uploading and clicking a button isn't much work. Installing a forum
isn't much work either. It's the setting up of permissions, settings,
forums, etc that is the real work.

And the vB forum was up for at least 24 hours, it had to be.. And if
it wasn't, sure was close to it.
