[Compcomm] A possible forum merge proposal

And this is important why exactly?  I don't know, but I've installed a 
few forums myself..how many hacks did you install?  20 or 30?  I know 
the theme wasn't setup but I can't see how what you did would have taken 
any longer than an hour at most.
