[Compcomm] A ship is likely to sink when it has two Captins :)

I know this sounds communist and even like I'm some sort of dictator but
deciding a new leader is going to be an awefully hard process. If someone
can tell me who exactely is the leader of Compiz-extra then they can sort of
direct the project and keep everyone on topic. A leader isnt necessarily
going to say "Do this, do that" but just make sure that people aren't
arguing all the time and make sure that people are working on what they said
they are working on. The new leader just has to make sure that this whole
thing isnt a disorganised mess.
