[Compcomm] Deciding a name

I completely agree... The power of this community isn't gave ony by
great developers, but also, and in a great part, by very active users
who imho allowed to Beryl to grow and have an important role (= fame) in
the Linux world.

So, I think that also if there should be an accurate supervision over
the name decision (for example, to avoid using names already used in
global/local markets),  then all users should have the possibility to
define the future name according to their tastes.

Not doing this, and rejecting what the community has decided (will
decide), risks to move away many users leaving in them a bad idea of
this project as something lead by demagogic leaders that before give
them the possibility of choosing and then revert what definied by all.
And I really think that there's no motivation for making this happen!
