I am pretty sure that he won't give you a very satisfying answer :D ...
The next release comes when it is ready. It is diffcult to exactly
predict _when_ that will be because it often depends on other stuff
(e.g. new xorg version etc.).

Why exactly do we need packages so soon? All parts of the "new project"
are available individually. Making all these untested and unfinished
parts available to a wider audience only reduces the project's image and
credibility. We shouldn't continue this impatient "let's push that out"
behavior, that is highly unprofessional. The main devs already agreed on
prefixing the packages with "compcomm-" until there is a real name and I
am sure they will release packages once they think their work is ready.

I think I can't follow you. You mean to know _what_ we are releasing we
need a criteria and date? Or short: we not know _what_ we release unless
we know _when_ we release it? Do I get you right?
