[Compcomm] Release Crieria

Hello Developers,
I read your digest and just had a quick thought. For the release, not 
only do all the window management need to work(kind of a duh, but I 
still though a reminder might be good), but I thnk that animation plugin 
is also very important,. Maybe you were just listing new plugins, but 
the animiation plugin is very widespread, not to meantion pretty. Just 
an idea; I may be wrong.
