I agree totally.  In fact NOTHING on the compiz.org domain
is official.  Even the www homepage is under the control of
the community.  David has said many times that he his not
interested and he knows nothing about it anyway.

The domain is under his name and he has control, but I think
that is best for everyone.  Its like in the UK, the head of state
has the right to stop any laws being passed.  They never do but
it is just a safeguard.  I am sure all countries have something
similar.

Exactly.  It already is.  All we need is to work out how
to structure it better.
