[Compcomm] Can't connect to the forums.

Apologies everyone :/

HTTP logs are rotated daily at 6:25 AM (UTC+2), but httpd hasn't been
woken up this morning after the rotation. I have no clue on why it
happened at the moment, I'm going to investigate the issue asap.
