Good to see you're still with us :)

I think this sounds great. Noone is denying anyone the right to have
oc.org as their big project (it's a free world), but Compiz Fusion
(can't you just call it that?) should be directly connected to
compiz.org,
DNS-ing it all would be great, and have two parties with a
non-secteric attitude.

PS: Oc.org is, by the way, a very poor "acronym", it's an existing
site with religious content. See the cute parallel to the compiz/beryl
camps? :) Their top news post is "Look Up, Look Inward, and Look
Forward". Maybe we should pick up that?
