Nothing is stopping them, except:
1: a notice saying that official support forums is now on
forums.compiz.org / forums.compiz-fusion.org (which could point to the
same place)
2: developer support of the official forums.
3a: hopefully, reducing the number of Compiz Fusion subsections in
oc.org, making it e.g. just "Compiz Fusion talk" (thus merging all
those threads to that subsection,
or 3b: pointing the Compiz Fusion sections over to the official forums.
