Well - I have over 10 years experience in both of those, does
that count?

I know I have said this before and been told that I an just being mean
but it will be VERY VERY hard, in fact it will have to be done manually
and will take a long time.

It would be next to impossible to just push a button and everything
migrate.  There is more than just threads in a forum.
